These resistance bands were exactly what I was looking for and at a good price! As a fitness freak, T&F athlete and PT I’m always looking for better quality equipment and this is that! The quality of the bands is phenomenal.. the stitching is great, they’re thick with great resistance () also NO SLIP!! No weird factory smell or anything.. The colors are cute, nice and vibrant. I’ve gone through many resistance bands and I added this one to my cart since it seemed to be a legitimate set and they are made of fabric. I’ve had resistance bands before, but they got ripped off after couple days because of the low quality. After using this set for a week, I am really happy with it. It can be stretched long enough without losing its resistance. I have used all three sizes and they all work pretty fine. Great Choice!

I really like these hip bands. I have started working out and my personal trainer told me that I need hip bands for my exercises. I have bought 3 different sets including this one. However, the other two had a low quality and bad smell. My thighs are thick, so I needed strong bands that would not slip away and roll up. These bands seem to be very stretchable and strong and they don't roll up. They are made of high quality fabric and I would highly recommend them !

These bands are awesome! I feel like they will be the last bands I ever have to buy. I just got these in the mail and I didn't realize they were made of stretchy fabric. They feel super sturdy. They have plenty of resistance and will not roll. 3 different sizes for different exercises. The jump rope and the tube resistance band feel like great quality as well. I don't think I have ever been this pleased with a purchase. The quality for the price was beyond my expectations.

Before buying these hip bands, I bought a similar set from another seller who was selling it for a lower price. However, I had a very bad experience with it. It was made of cheap and low quality materials. This set is amazing, especially because of the free items it comes with. I love the tube band with handles and I was going to buy one, but this set already had it. It has reasonable price, would recommend to my friends.

I love these. I researched how to use them and so many people say how they use them as warm up. I bak at that lol. I was in a severe auto accident that destroyed my hips. I've had these for one week and they have helped so much. I received these and eased into them. The green is the hardest with the most resistance. My favorite is the red one for squat work, and yellow for hydrant and extensions. My only qualm was the stitching is a tiny bit itchy on the back seam. Easily fixed by adjusting the position of the seam though. Love the additional jump rope too ♡
