Hi. This article is fantastic, it helps you to take out those abdominal squares. If you have the discipline to use it as it says in the manual, you will feel and see changes in a short time, it will stick to the skin and it is easy to use, as I mentioned, it has a manual, you need 2 batteries to turn it on. the device switches off automatically after each session of exercises. 100 percent recommended

Its been hard getting to the gym lately due to a high course load with school, but this has definitely helped me stay toned! I think it should be known that this is not a workout alternative, but it more so helps you stay toned on days when you can’t make it to the gym. It works great though! The stimulator has 6 different settings. The first one didn’t do much for me and was rather hard to feel, but the 6th setting was overbearing. You need to find a setting that works for you and your current build. The device runs off of AAA batteries which makes it a lot easier than dealing with a bunch of charging cords and makes it easy to pack up and go. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to add something extra to their workout or has a hard time getting to the gym on a daily basis.

There are so many similar product, so I get the cheap one to try out. It feels like those electrical treatment you got after car accident, the highest setting actually hurts, so don't try the highest level. Don't try right after meal, you will get nauseous. It last exactly 12 mins just like the instruction said. I love use it when I watching TV shows, 0 effort and after couple times I do feel something.

I had seen these for a while and was always interested in trying them out. I bought this one cause it came with the arm bands too. It's very cool how it works and you can really feel it doing something. One of the things I was worried about was if it eventually doesn't stick, but I haven't had that problem and I use it everyday.
